Create a new ticket as guest: Residents will create a new service ticket by clicking the “Create a new ticket as guest” button below. Residents do NOT need to have a username and password; this is for your account executive to log in and manage the service tickets.
PLEASE NOTE:
If a homeowner requests an irrigation service call and the system has already been serviced recently or is scheduled for routine maintenance, a service-call fee will apply if the system is found to be operating properly upon our arrival.
If we respond to a service request and the issue is due to:
The timer being turned off,
A broken or misconfigured timer,
Tampering,
Power outages, or
Any issues not caused by our maintenance,
additional charges may apply.
Please be aware that any irrigation or tree repairs required due to hurricane or storm damage are billable services, and the homeowner will be invoiced directly.
